Try this software repair procedure:


shutdown the Mac and restart
immediatly after the start up chime, hold down the shift key until the apple logo appears
let the Mac start up completely, it will take longer than usual as the hard drive is being repaired
Office 2019 in win 7 product.

go to; Applications > Utilities > Disc Utility > First Aid > Repair Disc Permissions
when this has completed restart the Mac normallyItns-300 Slide Scanner Software


once the Mac has restarted drag all evidence of the software to the trashInnovative Technology Itns 300 Software
